Our single-family house is located outside the building zone and is subject to very strict regulations from the Department of Spatial Development. Additionally, there are conflicting requirements from the other departments involved (Department of Forests, Waters, and the Department of Civil Engineering). Despite this, Hector Alamar managed to design a charming single-family home that, even with a 30% extension, remains well-integrated with the landscape. The project was quickly well received by everyone who reviewed it, including the immediate neighbors with the right to object.
